Online and Offline Training:

We are a service-based company and is fully eligible to be compensated for our time, experience, expertise, advisory, consulting, and services. Any amount earned in its scope of services is not refundable unless expressly declared. All payments for online and offline training are non-refundable once you have attended the training.

In the event that the client misses a physical training, we may re-book the client for the next available training. This, however, is at our discretion.

Any refund, once approved, will be processed within 3-7 working days.
