Meet Nduka Udeh, Founder and Chairman of African Import and Export Solutions (AIES) and Africannatural.com.
For over 15 years, I’ve been deeply involved in helping African entrepreneurs grow — through trade, business development, and export training. My goal has always been simple: to make African products visible, accessible, and profitable both in Africa and around the world.
For 11 years, I served as the CEO of American AirSea Cargo, where my team and I shipped over 2 million products between Africa and the USA, serving more than 150,000 customers. That experience gave me real insight into what works and what doesn’t when building a business that serves both local and international markets.
Through AIES, I’ve trained and mentored over 3,000 African business owners on how to export, find buyers, and sell on platforms like Amazon.com. I’ve also worked closely with the Nigerian government and the Lagos Business School, helping local companies understand how to grow globally.
Beyond the degrees, what truly drives me is seeing Africans build real businesses that tell our story to the world.
