Agreement to Terms and Conditions

The following terms outline the conditions under which photography services will be provided by AIES:

Product Sample Submission
Clients must submit a sample of their products(s) to AIES for the photography session to accurately capture the desired visuals. Clients are expected to submit the product sample to AIES within 3 days from the initial request for photography services. Timely submission of the product sample is crucial to ensure that the photography session can be scheduled and planned accordingly. If the Client fails to submit the product sample within the specified timeframe, AIES reserves the right to reschedule the photography session.

In consideration of the logistics involved in shipping products internationally, Clients sending samples of their products from outside Nigeria are allowed a timeframe of 2 weeks to send their product samples to AIES. Failure to submit the product(s) to AIES as requested may result in rescheduling the project at the discretion of AIES.

Photography Draft Completion and Review
Upon receiving the Client’s product sample as requested, AIES shall commit to completing the photography draft/prototype for the product and revert to the Client within 2 business days for review and evaluation. This timeframe allows for post-processing and editing of the captured images.

The Client will have the opportunity to review the draft and provide any necessary corrections or feedback to ensure that the final images align with their expectations. During the presentations, the Client may provide corrections or suggestions to AIES for further improvement of the photography project.

Completion of Service and Review
After the Client has reviewed the photography draft and provided any necessary corrections or suggestions, AIES shall complete the photography service by incorporating the Client’s feedback and finalizing the project based on the agreed upon corrections and shall revert to the customer within 3 business days after the photography draft has been reviewed and any necessary corrections have been communicated.

Client is entitled to 2 reviews per project. If the Client has any corrections, they must communicate them to AIES within 24 hours after receiving the photography draft. If the client fails to provide corrections within the specified timeframe, AIES will proceed with the final draft.

Non-Refundable Payment
Once the Client has made the payment and books the photography services, it is understood that the payment is non-refundable. The payment made by the Client covers operational costs incurred by AIES and is utilized for the establishment and maintenance of systems and processes necessary for organizing and executing the photography session. Clients are advised to carefully review the details of the photography service and ensure they are satisfied before making any payments.
