Agreement to Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms under which the one-on-one consultation services will be provided:

Consultation Services
The consultation services provided are for information purposes only. EAS will provide guidance, information, insights and recommendations based on their expertise and experience.

EAS does not provide any guarantee regarding specific outcomes or results resulting from the consultation. The recommendations provided are based on their expertise and cannot ensure specific results.

Bookings and Consultation
Once payment has been made to EAS, the Client will receive a link to book the consultation session. This allows for scheduling and organizing the consultation at a mutually convenient time.

Once the session is booked, the slot will be reserved for the Client. Cancellation of the appointment will result in a 50% refund of the payment made. It is important to note that this applies only to cancellations and not rescheduled appointments.

Appointment Rescheduling
In the event that the Client needs to reschedule the appointment, a minimum lead time of 1 hour is required for rescheduling requests. Client is responsible for informing EAS of their need to reschedule at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.

Lateness or No-Show
In the event that the Client is running late, EAS will allow for a 30-minute extension from the scheduled wait time, providing the Client with a grace period to join the appointment if they’re running late, after which the appointment may be considered forfeited or subject to rescheduling.

In the case of a missed consultation session in which the Client opts to reschedule the session, the next scheduled appointment will be shortened by the duration equivalent to the 30 minutes of wait time from the missed session.

Rescheduling Limit/ Cancellation
After 3 rescheduled appointments, the session will no longer be eligible for further rescheduling and will be automatically canceled. In the event of session cancellation due to three rescheduled appointments, the Client will receive a refund amounting to 50% of the payment made for the canceled session.

Session Duration and Additional Booking
Each consultation session is scheduled to last for a maximum of 1 hour, with an additional grace period of 10 minutes provided at the end of the scheduled session to account for any minor overruns or wrap-up activities. It is expected that the consultation session, including the grace period, will not exceed 1 hour and 10 minutes in total.

If the Client requires more time beyond the allocated 1 hour and 10 minutes, they must make a separate booking to extend the session.
Physical or Virtual Consultation
To cater to the varying preferences and circumstances of Clients, the consultation sessions can be conducted in either physical or virtual formats.

If the client prefers a physical consultation, the session will be scheduled to hold at an appropriate venue provided by EAS.

If the Client prefers a virtual consultation, the session will be conducted remotely using suitable video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Skype etc. In the case of virtual consultations, clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary internet connectivity to participate effectively.

Clients are expected to communicate their preferred format (physical or virtual) during booking sessions in order for appropriate arrangements to be made for their consultation session.

Non-Refundable Payment
Once the Client has made the payment and booked the services, it is understood that the payment is non-refundable. The payment made by the Client covers operational costs incurred by EAS and is utilized for the establishment and maintenance of systems and processes necessary for organizing and executing the consultation session. Clients are advised to carefully review the details of the consultation service and ensure they are satisfied before making any payments.
